pleasant stay, but a few hiccups
The staff were incredibly friendly, with a special mention to Yanique Samuels, whose customer service was exceptional. The junior suite I stayed in was clean, quiet, and provided a relaxing atmosphere.
There weren't enough drivers to transport guests around the property.

would stay here again
Room was a junior suite with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a minibar stocked daily. The beach had beautiful views with friendly locals selling crafts. The spa offered great options like massages and beauty services. Pools were massive, though only open from 9 am to 6 pm. Diners enjoyed a variety of dishes at the buffet and a la carte restaurants.

do recommend for a weekend escape
Comfortable room, friendly staff, the outdoor swimming pool offers a wonderful place to relax after exploring the local sights, and the included breakfast is a delightful way to start the day.
Breakfast service was slow and lacking at times.

Target audience, families looking for a break!
There was this huge pool area, biggest I’ve ever seen. My kids loved every second, especially the poolside games and contests the entertainment team put on every day!
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but you know what? It was acceptable for the experience we got.

Loved the spacious room with a gorgeous sea view! Housekeeping was a gem, especially Jerdeen and Crystal, and the beach had great wheelchair access. Kudos to Brandon for making our dining experience top-notch!
But dear me, the check-in was slower than my grandma's dance moves! And I wouldn't call the main buffet a culinary adventure—more like a trip to nowhere!

Had an amazing trip with my friends! We enjoyed playing beach volleyball at the resort and spent an afternoon at the golf course with stunning Caribbean views. The staff were super friendly, and the food was delicious, especially the jerk chicken by the beach. Don't forget to book your al a carte dinners right upon check-in so you don’t miss out!
One downside was the minor hiccup with our room view. we were initially placed away from the ocean when we requested a better view. Thankfully, it was resolved quickly the next day.

The Junior Suite Superior was spacious and clean, which was a big plus. The bed was super comfortable, so I slept great every night. The view was nice but we had to switch rooms to get a better one. Some minor maintenance issues, though nothing that ruined the stay. Overall, the room felt cozy and inviting.

Great for families, especially with the fantastic kids' pool area and engaging staff. However, the resort needs updates and improvements in service consistency at restaurants. Overall, the beach is lovely, but the dining experience can be hit or miss.
